2007 – Present - Founder and President of Kirchhof Group Inc. providing public policy and political consulting on state and local issues. Highly proficient in legislative/executive lobbying (education, amend, defeat, pass), regulatory advocacy (policies, rules) and political plan management (PAC, campaigns).
2004 – 2007 – Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for the Credit Union Associations of Colorado and Wyoming. Responsible for all aspects of government affairs including state lobbying, political fundraising plan and grassroots organizing. Served on the association executive management team.
2001 – 2004 – Assistant Vice President of External Affairs for Qwest. Responsible for Colorado government and community affairs including lobbying, political contributions and rural community affairs. During tenure at U S WEST/Qwest (1981 – 2004) also worked in regulatory and consumer affairs.

2012 - 2017: Stanford University Men’s Soccer - Assistant Coach - Managing all facets of a NCAA Division I athletics program including, camp administration, training, scouting, community outreach, recruitment of top academic student athletes, video analysis, equipment budgeting, organization of alumni events and various day to day duties.
2010 - 2012: University of Denver Men’s Soccer - Director of Operations - Marketing of games, summer camps, free clinics, & social media. Video analysis and breakdown of trainings/games, management & organization of the 2011 MPSF conference tournament, managed student athlete academics, organization and administration of identification camps.
